Topical steroids if applied on a particular area ofskin does it have side effect other area of the skin?

Steroids are double edged dragons. To be used strictly as per medical advice only. lest it may do irreversible harm. Once they are absorbed through tiny pores in the skin, they effect as good as taking tablets.
