Plz answer, 32 wks preg and in pain?

I had the first dose of steroids today, previous iugr baby and this one measuring sga, after i was getin alot of pain down below like i was bein kicked. Now im gettin strong bk ache and pains in my stomach and my stomach is gettin hard but its constant i can't time it to see how far apart etc to establish contractions or bh because the hardness and pain isn't going. Any suggestions as to what im experiencing?
