Heavy head feeling and head pain?

I am 18 and i have been having this heavy head feeling for the past 2 months along with a sharp but mild pain in the head, it happens at times whenever am really tired or skipped breakfast or slept late but lately due to summer vacations i got really out of control this time since am going college this year but am paying the price for behaving this way. I don't get it why if i have this heavy head feeling and head pain it also makes my face looks bad like a sick person. I went to the doctor the last month and he gave me vitamin tablets and it worked for a while but now since it got worse my parents will shout at me but anyway i will go the doctor, i was a indoor person a lot for the past year and had issues like this before in this year but now only it became worse. Just spot it out like its happening because of fatigue or because of improper sleep patterns and how it can be fixed. Thanks.
