Dawn its been one year ive had exfoliative cheilitis and its really annoying has anybody had been cured so far?

Basically my lips get dry and after 2 or so days they get hard and when it comes in contact with water they turn white and it is easy just to peel off and this continues and continues and continues never ending.... so far ive been to the dermatologist they had given me pills and creams the hardest cream is a steroid called fluocinide ointment usp 0.05%....... it works by overnight and easy to peel off just rinse my face and the lip skin just peels off right away by itse;f with the water..... this is annoying i need a real cure and one where i dont have to worry about my lips ever again basically perfect lips like before :)
