Is Calculus 3 really EASIER than Calc 2?

Never taken it, but I am uming it contains the concepts of conics, polar coordinates, multiple integration, jacobians, 3 dimensional equations, derivatives for that, etc. Those concepts aren't too hard if you get the foundation of both calc 1 and 2.
