Moderate stomach pains. do i need to go to the emergency room?

Recent abortion for medical reasons, had a iud put in. Going through the bleeding stages and healing proccess. feeling pressure and tightness with slight cramping in lower abdomen. A lil over heated. Scared to check if my iud is out of place please help with answers..... thanks
