In a relationship between brother & sister is there always something ual there?? Is common?

I was talking to some people and they were talking about how my brother (hes 23 Im nearly 14) probably always gets hard over me and that freaks me out.They think I'm weird because I've never seen him in a ual way.Now since they say he probably gets hard over me..I'm scared he sees me that way and if he likes me at all that's the reason.I think he hates me,I want him to love me as sister,not in a ual way and ever since they said that I've been freaked out.Do you think he likes me like that? Is common?
