What are some improper ways to treat cameras and equipment and the outcome of such treatment?

Not wearing the wrist strap and dropping the camera is one of the biggest problems we see in this forum. Heat and moisture are also enemies of the camera. Sharp blows to the screen doesn't do them any good.
