Steroids are illegal everywhere...FYI taken by injection, side effects are very nasty, and too numerous to list every one bt here are a few, acne on back, temper tantrums or irriatibility, shrinking of the testicles, your body will shut down its own production of testosterone ,since you are injecting it artificially, and a distended liver, liver damage is very real as steroids double and triple p through the liver before being expelled. The pros who are doing steroids are doing them under medical supervision, but it is still illegal.
