I'm a teen guy, and I wanna get abs and stuff, like for the beach. I don't wan't anything huge that looks like I'm on steroids or something, just abs, but not POPPING out if you know what I mean. I also want a toned chest, so it doesn't bounce when I jump, lol. I've been trying to do pushups and crunches everyday. Will this help? Thanks.
