"Message from webpage: 2" How to fix this error?

Please please help me!! There is a little window that keeps popping up that says, "Message from Webpage: 2". That's all it says and this has been going on for 2 days now. I'm starting to think that maybe it was because I made an improper shutdown because I was playing Maplestory and while the game was still running I booted the computer instead of closing out everything first. I do this often. Could anyone please help me get rid of this???
