Do I need to go to the emergency.?

I recently had a abortion for medial reasons, I now have a iud and about an hour ago I started experiencing moderate stomach pains that feel like pressure slight cramps and tightness I'm also going through the proccess of bleeding still and I'm scared to chick if my iud is out of place. I don't know what to do. Please help
